We filmed in Queen's Wood, North London, on one of the many beautiful summer's days we've been blessed with this year. Onyeka had asked me to create a solo or portrait of myself and to think of a suitable location and so this dance is very personal.

Improvisation.

We filmed in derelict warehouse streets in South London and then on top of the world overlooking London. It was intensive, emotional work and at the end very liberating!
