Kaleidoscopic Arts Platform

Konstantina Skalionta and I believe there is a need for a platform that showcases the work of emerging female choreographers.

We've designed the Kaleidoscopic Arts Platform to bring audiences and artists closer together by using an unconventional performance space that removes the traditional hierarchy between performers and the audience and by inviting frank post-performance discussion between audience, choreographers and performers.

A leap of faith:

After funding a successful pilot event ourselves we are now looking into all our options to make the Kaleidoscopic Arts Platform into a quarterly platform that can continuously support emerging female choreographers with exposure, mentoring and professional footage of their work enabling them to drive their vision forward. We want the platform to be the initation of a network of female choreographers who can call upon each other for artistic and practical support.

Have a look at our website www.kaleidoscopic-arts.co.uk, follow us on Facebook and Twitter (@ArtsKaleid) and contact us at platform@kaleidoscopic-arts.co.uk if you're interested in our work! We're looking forward to hearing from you.
